Review How did us girls ever cope without one of these. I'm in the army and as such usually have lots of clothing and equipment on, meaning going to the toilet is a major hassle. The shewee speeds up the process as i dont have to take everything off, and it reduces the risk of that dreaded nettle sting where you dont want it. I take mine on every exercise now and its brilliant. You do need to practise using it in the shower first, as if you dont get the positioning quite right you end up with a big wet patch but that aside i'd definitley recommend one to anybody that has been caught short without a public toilet insight.
