Kalden sole - This Vibram sole unit was designed for our "Rambling" boots and is featured on classic models like the Ranger. It is an ingenious design using PU for great shock absorption, concealed and protected by the rubber outsole and integral rand. This design eliminates the complexity of adding a separate rand which can so often be the cause of quality issues down the line. The cleating pattern features the unique "propeller" cleats which have been proven to give outstanding underfoot grip on all terrain.
Full grain calf leather - A high quality leather of 2.4mm to 2.6mm in thickness, ideal for fell or lighter weight hillwalking boots, which require less bedding in.
