Extended Returns Until 9th January!

As of November 2nd, if you buy a Christmas present and for one reason or another it is unsuitable you have until January 8th to return it to us. Items purchased from December 9th onwards will have the usual 30 day returns period applied. This excludes gift vouchers

Last day for guaranteed postage is the 18th, in our experience you can still order up to a few days after this, but order by the 18th to be safe.

Express & Next Working Day

You can order up to and on the 23rd! But get in early to be safe.

Gift Wrap

We know that Christmas can get stressful so why not let us wrap your gift for you? We have special Christmas gift bags and bows to wrap your present.

Don't worry though, we will then professionally package your wrapped present in plain outer packaging so as not to ruin the surprise!

Enclosed (but not in any gift wrapping) will be a delivery note which will be required if you need to return any items from your order. This delivery note does not show prices so it can be given to the recipient of your gift should they wish to change it.

To take advantage of our wrapping service, simply check the gift wrap button when you checkout with your goods.

Please note: Gift wrap will not be sealed, giving you a chance to check the present before you give it.

Gift Vouchers

If you are having problems finding that perfect present then why not get them a gift voucher instead?

Our gift vouchers can be redeemed at any of our seven stores. Our vouchers can either be emailed or we can send a physical card to you. Available from £15 upwards.

Christmas Gift List

Make sure you get what you want this Christmas with Simply Hike, we offer a free Christmas gift list service so you can email your family and friends a gift list.

Step 1 - Add the item to the wish list

Just go on to any product, select the option you are after and press " Add this to my wish list"

Step 2 - Move the item to your gift list

Just press "Move to my gift list" - easy

Step 3 - Send the gift list

Now your on the gift list, just add in a personal message and enter the names and email addresses of who you would like to send it to. Once done, scroll to the bottom the press "Send my gift list".

All done, now just sit back and wait for Christmas
