Next Day Delivery

With thousands of in stock items we aim to despatch your order the same day or the day after depending on the time you place your order. We have several delivery options for you to choose from whether that's standard delivery, express or next working day . Most orders selected for standard delivery will arrive with you within 2-3 working days and other options sooner.

No Charge Until Despatch

At Simply Hike we won't charge you for your order until it has been despatched. Once you have placed your order we will pre-authorise your card. This just means that the amount is reserved and taken from your available spending limit but the funds are not deducted from your account (excludes PayPal customers who are charged immediately by PayPal).

Excellent Customer Services

We have a dedicated team in Customer Services who are here to help you when and if you need it. We aim to make buying online easy, but sometimes it's nice to speak to a real person so you can either contact us by email (where you can expect a reply the same day Monday-Friday) or by telephone where one of our team will be happy to help you. We also have a Live Chat facility which allows you to talk to a member of our team online whilst you are shopping.

28 Day Returns

We offer a 28 day, hassle free returns policy. If your item isn't suitable, just send it back to us with your delivery note stating whether you want an exchange or a refund and we will arrange it for you.

You can now return your Simply Hike order for just £3.99 using Collect Plus via your local conveyance store, newsagent or corner shop. There are over 3500 Collect+ stores nationwide offering this service, Click the link to find your nearest store and print your returns label.

Then simply complete the returns section of your delivery note, include it with your parcel and drop it in to your local store. There is a 10Kg weight limit for Collect Plus so if your return weighs more please contact Customer Services so that we can make alternative arrangements to return you order.

You can still send us your return via any other method you like, however you would need to cover the cost of returns via other methods.
