Mens Berghaus waterproof jackets are really versatile and can be used for covering up during heavy showers but also as a general jacket for keeping dry when walking around town. Berghaus uses some great technology in their waterproofs such as Goretex and Aquafoil or AQ2 fabrics to provide waterproofing but breathability.
