Info on the Jetboil Flash Personal Cooking System

The Flash is a brand new addition to the Jetboil range and hopes to add more enjoyment to outdoor adventures. The Flash Personal Cooking System is an all in one design which combines a burner and pot all in one unit. It's lightweight and compact making it perfect for solo camping trips, backpacking and activities like fishing. Simply light the burner using the click button igniter and this will heat the contents of your one litre Flash cup within two minutes. It's so versatile; heat up tea, cocoa, coffee or any freeze dried meal quickly and safely. The cooking cup clips into the burner to prevent accidental spills and a tripod fuel canister provides overall stability. The igniter is protected from accidently lighting if travelling along a bumpy road. The Flash cup has an insulating cozy which not only keeps drinks and food warm but has a a colour changing heat indicator that signals when contents are hot.

Just took a Flash on a Hitch

Just took a Flash on a Hitch-hike from Plymouth to Dubrovnik, used it every day to cook rations, tea, noodles, everything. Boils liquids unbelievably fast. The pan stand is invaluable too (in fact one of the main reasons I chose this stove). Used one small (100g) canister in 12 days, cooking 4 hot drinks a day and 2 hot meals, sometimes even a chocolate brownie :) A must buy for anyone looking for a light weigh, fast cooking stove.

Had mine since spring 2012 with lots of use

Had mine since spring 2012 with lots of use. Great for brews and instant noodles. Those who have seen it in use were exstremely impprest. Dont over fill as the boil is vigorous ! Follow instructions and youl be fine. Have fun.Ray

ive been wanting one of these for ages absolutely spot...

ive been wanting one of these for ages absolutely spot on piece of kit would highly reccomend to anyone who gets out in the country ....getting hard to get hold of now at this price ....grab one quick
