The Sol Companion Cup is a single cooking pot for preparing your camping meals with the Jetboil Sol, Jetboil Flash or Jetboil Zip cooking system. This Jetboil Companion Cup has a 0.8 litre capacity and has a cosy, insulating wrap to keep your meal or drink warm and prevent it burning your hands. The Sol Aluminium Companion Cup can be used by drinking through the lid or can be served up by pouring through the spout and strainer.

The Sol Aluminium Cup is compatible with the Sumo cooking system but not the Ti cooking system.

hi, im thinking of buying a jetboil cup, does the fuel canister just attach to the cup or do i need anything else??

Hi and thanks for your question, the cup attaches to a Jetboil burner which can be purchased in a set as the Sol Aluminium. The gas canister would then attach to the burner. I'd reccomend a jetboil, as i think they're great! The particular product you've sent the question through with is an 'extra' cup for when you have a jetboil system. The jet boil system consists of the cup, a small burner and a variety of accessories. There are two compact versions - http://www.simplyhike.co.uk/products/Jetboil/FlashPersonalCookingSystem.aspx - and - http://www.simplyhike.co.uk/products/Jetboil/SolAluminium.aspx - which I'd reccomend you look at.
