Info on the Robens Valley Lodge Tent

The Valley Lodge camping Tent is a top quality family tent. It is easy to pitch and gives full standing room inside. Ideal as a comfortable travelling tent for the entire family being a 4 man tent. This Robens tent has an inner area divided into two halves:- the sleeping cabin and the living area, which is large enough to accommodate four people around a table. Using the combination of pole sleeves and the "Clip-On-System" gives a strong tent in all conditions. Other features include a clear window, reinforced double welded inner tent suspension and adjustable pegging points.

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

Took this tent with us on a 3 month 1

Took this tent with us on a 3 month 1,000 mile canoe trip through northern Canada this summer, pitching it most nights, and it was a delight. The waterproofing was stunning, it stood up to some torrential down pours and gales. There were only two of us but we had a lot of gear that we were able to keep dry. There is a slight knack to getting the little clips on the feet of the poles when pitching it and we use a cheap tarpaulin as an extra layer of ground sheet, especially when pitching it on rock. Only damage was a small tear in one sleeve that takes a pole and a break to one of the feet clips, but these were both minor and did not affect the use of the tent. The only gripe is with the storage bag, it tore and we had to replace the straps. Great tent strongly recommended.

So far only test pitched in the garden but initial...

So far only test pitched in the garden but initial impression is of a well made and designed tent, plenty of space for a couple to live in comfort and easy to pitch (although 2 people required). Large undivided sleeping tent so less suitable for families but overall looks a good product if a little pricey compared to competition.
