The Smartwool Hiking Medium Crew Sock is a great backpacking sock that gives support, comfort, protection and breathability whilst on a rugged trail. The merino wool used in this Smartwool sock is fantastic for hiking as it is insulating, breathable, anti bacterial and moisture wicking, as well as being incredibly soft against your skin. The arch brace holds the wool sock in place and prevents it from bunching up inside your boot and the flat-knit toe prevents any irritation. Smartwool have also added a reinforced cushion zone to give you even more comfort and protection whilst hiking and absorb some of the shock your foot may have received.
