The delightful Freeze Dried Strawberries from Space are made up of real strawberries which are then freeze dried and sealed in a special foil pouch to keep them extra fresh. This treat was originally developed for the early Apollo Missions and as you eat, your mouth rehydrates the strawberries restoring them to their original state.
