The product doesn't suit me perfectly, but there aren't many like it so it was always going to be a trade-off. The anti-snatch is awkward to use; still much easier to put my foot through the strap. Also, when I reach in for things, my hand brushes against the credit cards and brings them out of the slots. The two outside end pockets don't seem to be protected, either. The zip closure snap and the anti-slash are the biggest bonuses for me; any determined thief is going to get your bag, but this certainly helps prevent against the more numerous opportunists on the bus and is a good trade off for the price.
