The North Face Surge rucksack is even more comfortable with FlexVent injection moulded shoulder straps with a top layer of foam for added support. This along with the original Airmesh back panel provides comfort when worn for lengthy periods.

The bag looks great but I still find some scratches...

The bag looks great but I still find some scratches on the surface, which might be caused by wrapping. Generally, very happy with the bag.
