A great idea from Trangia; the Multidisc is such a versatile accessory for use with any Trangia stove or camp cooker. The Multidisc is predominantly used as a rest for hot pots and pans but can also be used as a colander to drain vegetables, pastas an potatoes, as a chopping board, as a dish to serve food or as a lid on a pot to prevent it cooling. Haven

Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, feels sturdy and looks like it will be useful though and protects the non-stick pan I also picked up. Maybe a bit on the pricey side.

Great

Great, versatile piece of kit. Fits inside frypan for packing, thus protecting the pan surface from the rest of the cook set.

Useful thing

Useful thing. Slightly expensive for what it is, but, if you use your Trangia a lot, and for diverse cooking, it's just about worth it.

Seems like an eminently sensible addition to a Trangia kit. Having a lid is always useful for conserving fuel and energy, and being able to use it to drain water is great. Any additional chopping surface is always welcome.

Useful in the snow as a base for the Trangia...

Useful in the snow as a base for the Trangia to keep it from sinking and make it more stable. Too multi use as it is a culinder as well, plus a chopping board for food ingrediets like herbs, fruit and veg.

Excellent piece of kit

Excellent piece of kit, that if you have one you wil wonder how you did without it. It fits neatly inside the stove when not in use and weighs next to nothing. Great for chopping food on and for straining pans when cooking the likes of boiled potatoes or rice. Use it as a lid to keep the food hot and the bugs out when using another pot on the stove.
