You may have visited our site recently and feel like something has changed. Well it has. Simply Hike has had a facelift, but don’t worry, it’s still us. We’ve just gone for an updated look and feel, but, as always, we’ll be offering the same great products and service.
Our website may look a little different, but it’s all for a good reason. We’ve upgraded to a more stable platform, which will also improve security for you, our customer. It does mean you’ll have to create a brand new account with us. You’ll also need to contact us if you need any details from previous orders.
When you place your order with us, at first, the emails from us may look a little unfamiliar. But, as with all emails, if you are unsure of the authenticity of an email, best to check with the sender.
For the time being, you’ll only be able to pay in GBP. Any EUR or USD values shown are just indicative and actual rates will be set by your card provider or PayPal. We hope to have other currencies up and running on the site very soon.
We previously offered a fantastic range of ski wear through our sister company, Simply Piste. We are excited to announce that we can now offer the full range from Simply Piste on Simply Hike. We wanted to give you outdoorsy types more products to choose from, so we’ve merged our websites. So, if you were used to shopping on Simply Piste, you’ll need to place your order on Simply Hike.
If you have any gift cards with amounts outstanding, they may no longer work. Just drop us a line and we’ll issue you a replacement card.
