Italian resort to add new ski lift

Skiing enthusiasts can enjoy a new ski area in Italy when Madonna di Campiglio, a tourist resort, is linked to the Pinzolo village by a ski lift. The opening of the ski lift in December this year will offer a new ski area, which includes 150km of pistes stretching from Pinzolo to Folgarida-Marilleva. It will also feature three snowboard parks and over 300 ski instructors. To carry visitors to the ski area, 59 ski lifts will be employed. The region already boasts a newly added high-speed Tulot gondola lift, together with the latest DoloMitica ski run. The Ursus Snowpark in Madonna di Campiglio was also revamped during last winter, with new Scandinavian shaper fun boxes replacing its existing boxes. The resort also provides visitors with excellent shopping outlets, while Pinzolo's ski areas flaunt 11 slopes measuring a total of 30km.
