Courchevel, located in the French Alps, is one of the most popular skiing destinations for families, friends and even couples. Everything you could possibly want can be found in this stunning resort that attracts thousands of visitors every ski season. There are plenty of ski chalets to choose from in Courchevel; however here are 5 of best! 1) Chalet Jean Blanc in Courchevel 1850 This gorgeous accommodation will comfortably sleep up to 6 people and is located right in the centre of Courchevel 1850 ski resort! The Jean Blanc building is home to several ski chalets along with a shop to get all of your skiing bits from too. You can expect around 3 bedrooms in a Jean Blanc ski chalet, each with their own private bathrooms and a lounge area for the group to share. If you are lucky enough to book in time, you can expect a stunning balcony view from the living area too! The Jean Blanc offers catered ski chalets which mean that you can expect the staff to cook 6 of your 7 nightly meals. The seventh day can be used to explore the many local restaurants and bars. 2) Chalet Mors in Courchevel 1650 Situated in the heart of Courchevel 1650, this chalet absolutely exudes charm and can hold up to 24 people. Perfect for large groups of friends or work colleagues. You can also normally just book a few bedrooms for smaller groups. Due to Chalet Mors being one of the original ski accommodation buildings in the area, there are plenty of unique features mixed with modern facilities. Expect traditional wooden beams and stone walls that create a gorgeous living environment for your holiday. This ski chalet is only 150 metres away from the nearest ski lift and is also surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The perfect location for those who want to enjoy the slopes by day and the entertainment by night. 3) Chalets de la Mouria Complex in Courchevel 1650 There are several luxury chalets in this stunning complex, located within easy access to the three valleys and Courchevel 1650. In fact, it will take you approximately 4 minutes to walk to the three valleys lift! Many of these ski chalets will comfortably sleep up to 8 people, with all of the comforts you would expect from a catered chalet. This includes 6 breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a week too. The chalet itself has a wood fire burning all throughout the day and evening, as well as wellness area complete with sauna and hot tub. You will find it hard to leave the area to go skiing after revelling in the luxury of these chalets. 4) Chalet Triolet in Courchevel 1850 This pretty chalet is settled nicely in a residential area of Courchevel 1850, making it perfect for those who want some peace and quiet. It is only a short distance to local restaurants, bar and shopping facilities. The ski chalet at Triolet will normally hold between 8 and 11 people, making it the perfect size for groups of friends or a whole family. Everyone will have access to the living and dining rooms which also have a balcony to watch the skiers from. The Chalet Triolet is great for those who do not want to be situated right in the centre of everything, but still want a fantastic view. 5) Chalet Montagnettes in Courchevel 1650 This apartment style ski chalet in Courchevel 1650 is another example of staying out of the centre of things! Although not right next to the nightlife or slopes, there is a free shuttle bus that will take you where you want to go. Capable of sleeping 8-10 people, this is the perfect ski chalet for those who want a quieter skiing holiday.
