Trangia camping stoves are a series of compact and lightweight stoves which nest together with a varied combination of pans, kettles and a burner and are a Duke of Edinburgh Award essential. The Trangia camping stoves range is split into 25 Series and 27 Series with the former being larger and suitable for a group of 3 to 4 people and the latter being smaller and suited to 1 to 2 people. A number then follows the Series which denotes which version you will receive and generally the higher the number the more pans/better quality pans you will receive. The basic 27 1UL and 25 1UL includes 2 aluminium boiling pans and a frying pan whereas the 25 8UL includes 2 non stick pans, a non stick frypan and a kettle.
All sets in our Trangia camping stoves department include a spirit burner which is the beating heart of the stove and runs on methylated spirits. Some of the Trangia camping stoves sets contain a Gas Burner instead of a spirit burner and this is quicker and more efficient to cook with. These ranges will state GB in the name of the product. Because the Trangia stoves range is modular you can purchase a gas burner separately and use it in the spirit burners place. Close
